Book Gin Blossoms
Gin Blossoms is a Tempe, Arizona, band formed in 1987 whose jangly guitar pop captured the sound of the early nineties. After the independent debut Dusted, the group broke through with New Miserable Experience in 1992, an album that produced "Hey Jealousy," "Found Out About You" and "Allison Road." Singer Robin Wilson, guitarist Jesse Valenzuela, guitarist Scott Johnson, bassist Bill Leen and drummer Phillip Rhodes made Congratulations I'm Sorry in 1996 with "Follow You Down" and "Til I Hear It from You," then split before reuniting in 2001. Later albums include Major Lodge Victory, No Chocolate Cake and Mixed Reality in 2018, and the group has played the Summerland Tour. Grammy.com lists one nomination. Gin Blossoms remains a reliable draw at festivals, casinos and fairs, where fans sing along to its radio staples.
