c-e-l-e-b.com is an informational directory of entertainers, speakers and other public figures, operated by Altus Entertainment, a talent booking agency in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
Fee ranges are estimates only
Fee ranges shown on the Site are rough planning estimates. They are not quotes, offers or prices, and they are not binding on Altus or on any artist. Real fees are set by each artist's representatives and depend on the date, location, travel, production and other details.
No endorsement or representation
Listing a person or act on the Site does not mean they endorse the Site or Altus, are affiliated with us, or are represented by Altus. Altus acts as a booking intermediary: when you send an inquiry, we contact the artist's own agents or management for you. Altus may earn a commission on bookings.
Names and photos
Names, likenesses and photos are used only to identify the people listed. Most photos come from Wikimedia Commons under the licenses credited on each image; others are used with permission and credited to the photographer. Trademarks and names belong to their owners. If you believe something on the Site should be corrected or removed, email [email protected].
Videos
Videos are embedded from YouTube and belong to their owners. We do not control their content or availability.
No guarantee of availability
Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or guarantee that an artist is available or willing to perform. A booking exists only when a separate written contract has been signed.
Accuracy
We try to keep information current, but the Site is provided "as is" and may contain errors or outdated details, including about whether an act still performs. Please confirm details before you rely on them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. That includes sending spam or false inquiries, trying to break or overload it, or scraping it in bulk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Altus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. If Altus is found liable for anything relating to the Site, its total liability is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
