Book Everclear
Everclear is a rock band from Portland, Oregon, formed in 1992 by singer, guitarist and songwriter Art Alexakis, who has led it through every lineup. After the independent debut World of Noise in 1993, the group broke through with Sparkle and Fade in 1995, which featured "Santa Monica," then So Much for the Afterglow in 1997 with "Everything to Everyone" and "I Will Buy You a New Life." Songs from an American Movie, Vol. One: Learning How to Smile in 2000 brought "Wonderful." Albums since include Slow Motion Daydream, Welcome to the Drama Club, In a Different Light, Return to Santa Monica, Invisible Stars and Black Is the New Black in 2015. Everclear regularly plays packages like the Summerland Tour, offering a catalog of 1990s alternative rock hits with plenty of sing-alongs and Alexakis's candid storytelling.
