Book Blue October
Blue October is a rock band formed in Houston, Texas, in 1995, built around singer and guitarist Justin Furstenfeld and his brother, drummer Jeremy Furstenfeld. Will Knaak plays lead guitar, Matt Noveskey plays bass and Ryan Delahoussaye adds violin, keyboards and more. The group's albums include Consent to Treatment in 2000, History for Sale in 2003, Foiled in 2006, Approaching Normal in 2009, Any Man in America in 2011, Sway in 2013, Home in 2016, I Hope You're Happy in 2018 and This Is What I Live For in 2020, followed by the two-part Spinning the Truth Around. Its biggest songs include "Hate Me" and "Into the Ocean." Furstenfeld writes openly about mental health and relationships, and the band's emotional, string-tinged alternative rock fills theaters, festival stages and fan-driven headline tours.
