Book The Black Keys
The Black Keys are a blues-rock duo from Akron, Ohio, formed by singer-guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney, who started out recording in basements and became arena headliners. After The Big Come Up, Thickfreakness and Rubber Factory, they broke through with Brothers and its single "Tighten Up," then with El Camino, home to "Lonely Boy" and "Gold on the Ceiling." They have won several Grammy Awards, including Best Alternative Music Album, Best Rock Album and wins for rock performance, and earned Album of the Year and Record of the Year nominations. Their catalog continues with Turn Blue, Let's Rock, Delta Kream, Dropout Boogie, Ohio Players and No Rain, No Flowers, often with producer Danger Mouse. Formed in 2001, the duo signed with Nonesuch Records in 2006, and Turn Blue gave them their first number-one album in the United States in 2014.
