Book Matchbox Twenty
Matchbox Twenty is a rock band formed in Orlando, Florida, in 1995 and fronted by singer Rob Thomas, with guitarist Kyle Cook, bassist Brian Yale and drummer Paul Doucette. Their 1996 debut Yourself or Someone Like You produced the radio smashes "Push," "3AM," "Real World" and "Back 2 Good." Mad Season in 2000 added "Bent," a number one single, and "If You're Gone," while the 2002 album brought "Disease" and "Unwell." After a break, the band returned with North in 2012 and the single "She's So Mean," then Where the Light Goes in 2023. Grammy.com lists four nominations. Today the band tours amphitheaters with Thomas, whose soulful voice and songwriting anchor a catalog of hits that remains a mainstay on adult pop radio stations nationwide.
