Book Duke Dumont
Duke Dumont is the house DJ and producer behind "Need U (100%)" and "I Got U," back-to-back singles that each earned a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording, at the 56th and 57th ceremonies. Born Adam Dyment in 1982, he began his career mentored by producer Switch and built a reputation with pop remixes for artists such as Bat for Lashes, Mystery Jets and Lily Allen. He released his first EP, Regality, on Turbo Recordings in 2007, followed by The Dominion Dubs EP on Dubsided in 2008, and in 2010 he mixed the FabricLive.51 compilation for the London club Fabric. In 2011 he relocated to rural Hertfordshire to concentrate on his own productions, a shift that led to his breakthrough with "Need U (100%)," featuring A*M*E, in 2013. "I Got U," built on a sample of Whitney Houston's "My Love Is Your Love," arrived in 2014, followed by "Won't Look Back" and "Ocean Drive." He founded the label Blasé Boys Club, which he also uses as a production alias, and he co-produced Katy Perry's "Swish Swish." His debut album, Duality, came out in 2020, and his second, Union, followed in 2025.
