Book Claptone
Claptone is the enigmatic German house and tech house DJ and producer who performs behind a gleaming golden plague-doctor mask, keeping his identity a mystery and turning every show into theater. He first drew wide attention in 2013 with "No Eyes" featuring JAW of the electronic act dOP. His debut album Charmer (2015) featured vocal turns from Peter Bjorn and John, Jay-Jay Johanson, JAW and Nathan Nicholson of The Boxer Rebellion, reflecting his love of collaborating with indie bands and singer-songwriters. He followed with The Masquerade Mixes in 2017 and the albums Fantast (2018), Closer (2021) and Wanderer (2026). His remix of Gregory Porter's "Liquid Spirit" became a huge club hit. In 2016 he launched Claptone IMMORTAL, an expanded show concept staged in different versions for audiences in Europe and America. He has played landmark venues such as Pacha, Hï Ibiza and Tomorrowland, and has held Ibiza residencies at Pacha for three years, Amnesia for one, and Chinois, where 2026 marked his second season. Claptone delivers deep, melodic, infectious house with unforgettable visual mystique.
