Book Wilson Phillips
Wilson Phillips is a vocal trio that came together in Los Angeles in 1989: sisters Carnie and Wendy Wilson, whose father is the Beach Boys' Brian Wilson, and Chynna Phillips, whose parents, John and Michelle Phillips, sang with the Mamas and the Papas. Their 1990 self-titled debut album was a huge success, launching the chart-topping singles "Hold On" and "Release Me." The trio earned a Grammy nomination for best new artist in 1991, and four nominations overall. They followed up with Shadows and Light in 1992, then California in 2004, Christmas in Harmony in 2010 and Dedicated Three Voices in 2012. Their silky three-part harmonies, rooted in their California pop heritage, make their songs instantly recognizable. In concert, the trio delivers a warm, nostalgic evening, with family stories, classic hits and gorgeous vocals.
