Book Slash
Slash is a British and American guitarist born Saul Hudson, best known for his work as lead guitarist of Guns N' Roses on Appetite for Destruction and the top hat, curls and Les Paul that made him an icon. He later formed Slash's Snakepit and Velvet Revolver, whose song "Slither" won the Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance. Grammy.com lists one win and seven nominations. As a solo artist he released Slash in 2010 and has made albums and toured with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, including the Let Rock Rule Tour in 2014. Orgy of the Damned in 2024 collected blues covers. He wrote the memoir Slash, founded Dik Hayd Music and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. His own touring shows combine blues, hard rock, extended solos and a catalog of Guns N' Roses classics that the audience knows by heart.
