Book Judas Priest
Judas Priest is a heavy metal band founded in Birmingham, England, in 1969, with singer Rob Halford, bassist Ian Hill, guitarists Glenn Tipton and Richie Faulkner, and drummer Scott Travis in its modern lineup. The group helped define the genre's leather-and-studs look and twin-guitar attack on albums such as Sad Wings of Destiny, Stained Class, British Steel, Screaming for Vengeance and Painkiller. Anthems include "Breaking the Law," "Living After Midnight" and "You've Got Another Thing Comin'," while Firepower in 2018 and Invincible Shield in 2024 proved the band is still creative. Judas Priest entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022, and it continues to tour arenas and festivals with thunderous, fist-pumping shows. Halford's piercing scream and his motorcycle entrance have become a signature moment in the band's concerts, which draw multiple generations of metalheads and festival fans every year.
