Book Slushii
Slushii is the project of Julian Scanlan, a Los Angeles-based musician, DJ, songwriter and producer who emerged as a colorful young name in electronic music. Known for a high-energy mix of helium-pitched vocals, euphoric trance synths, trap drums and heavy dubstep drops, he caught early support from Skrillex and built close creative ties with Marshmello, Ookay and Jauz. After signing with Red Light Management in 2016, he released his first Monstercat single, "Emptiness", and the self-released EP Brain Freeze that same year. The bass-heavy "Catch Me" and the Marshmello collaboration "Twinbow" followed in 2017, and his 13-track debut album Out of Light arrived in August 2017. He has kept up a prolific pace since, with DREAM (2018), Dream II (2019), Dream III (2020), E.L.E (Extinction Level Event) (2022), A Slushii Summer (2022) and Chrysalis (2025). A Slushii set is a burst of bright melody and hard-hitting bass, built for crowds that want to sing along one moment and lose it on the drop the next.
