Book Seether

Seether is a South African rock band formed in Pretoria in 1999, led by singer and guitarist Shaun Morgan alongside longtime bassist Dale Stewart. Originally called Saron Gas, the group released its first album Fragile in 2000 before signing with Wind-up Records and adopting the Seether name for its North American launch. "Fine Again" took them to the top of the US Active Rock chart in 2002, and "Broken" reached the Billboard Hot 100 in 2004. The band has since stacked up a long run of number-one Mainstream Rock hits, including "Remedy", "Fake It", "Country Song", "Words as Weapons", "Let You Down" and "Wasteland". Their studio catalog spans Disclaimer (2002), Disclaimer II (2004), Karma and Effect (2005), Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces (2007), Holding Onto Strings Better Left to Fray (2011), Isolate and Medicate (2014), Poison the Parish (2017), Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum (2020) and The Surface Seems So Far (2024). Drummer John Humphrey and second guitarist Corey Lowery round out the lineup. Seether bring heavy, melodic post-grunge to the stage, pairing crushing riffs with big, cathartic choruses that rock radio audiences know by heart.
