Book Master KG
Master KG is a DJ, producer and singer from South Africa whose global smash "Jerusalema" turned into a worldwide dance phenomenon. Born Kgaogelo Moagi and raised in Tzaneen, he learned production on FL Studio alongside DJ Maebela and released his first single, "Situation," in 2016. His breakthrough single "Skeleton Move," featuring Zanda Zakuza, topped charts at home and led to his debut album Skeleton Move (2018), which earned him an AFRIMA honor in the African Electro field. Singing in his native Khelobedu, he is credited as the pioneer of the energetic Bolobedu dance style. In December 2019 he released "Jerusalema" with vocalist Nomcebo Zikode; by mid-2020 the uplifting gospel-house track had gone viral around the planet, inspired a remix with Burna Boy and reached number one on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart. It anchored his second album, Jerusalema (2020), and won the NRJ Music Award for International Song of the Year in 2020. Master KG was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2021. He brings infectious grooves and a joyful, dance-floor energy that gets entire crowds moving together.
