Book Caroline Polachek
Caroline Polachek is a singer, songwriter and producer raised in Connecticut who first emerged as a cofounder of the Brooklyn indie pop duo Chairlift, whose sleeper hit "Bruises" reached a wide audience after appearing in a 2008 advertisement. Moving to a solo career, she released Arcadia in 2014 under the name Ramona Lisa and Drawing the Target Around the Arrow in 2017 as CEP. Her 2019 album Pang and the 2023 follow-up Desire, I Want to Turn Into You established her as a leading voice in art-pop, with an acrobatic vocal range and adventurous production. Grammy.com lists two Grammy nominations for her work. Polachek has also written for other artists, including Beyoncé, and her imaginative stage shows blend theater, choreography and electronic textures for festivals and large rooms.
