Book Baron Davis
Baron Davis is an American former basketball star, now a television host and sports analyst, remembered for electrifying point guard play in the 2000s. A standout at Crossroads School in Los Angeles, he chose UCLA, where he was named Pac-10 Freshman of the Year in 1998 and earned All-American honors as a sophomore. The Charlotte Hornets took him third overall in the 1999 NBA draft, and he went on to play for the New Orleans Hornets, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks. Davis earned two All-Star selections and a 2004 All-NBA Third Team nod, and he topped the league in steals in two seasons. He also holds the NBA record for career playoff steals per game, averaging 2.28 across 50 games. Known for his explosive drives, flashy passing and big-game swagger, he became a fan favorite wherever he played. Today Davis brings that same charisma to broadcasting, and as a guest he offers sharp basketball insight, Los Angeles roots and an entertaining storyteller's flair that connects with fans of the game.
