Book The Fratellis
The Fratellis hail from Glasgow, Scotland, and came together in 2005 as three unrelated musicians using a shared stage surname: Jon Fratelli on vocals and guitar, Baz on bass and Mince on drums. Their first record, Costello Music (2006), produced five singles, among them "Henrietta," "Chelsea Dagger," "Whistle for the Choir," "Baby Fratelli" and "Ole Black 'n' Blue Eyes," and it reached number 48 on the US Billboard 200. In 2007 the band collected a BRIT Award as the year's top British breakthrough act. After the second album, Here We Stand (2008), the group returned in 2013 with We Need Medicine, followed by Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied (2015), In Your Own Sweet Time (2018) and Half Drunk Under a Full Moon (2020), for six studio albums in total. The stomping, chant-along hook of "Chelsea Dagger" remains their calling card. The Fratellis deliver a loud, guitar-driven live show built on tight, catchy songwriting and a rowdy, rock and roll spirit.
