Book Cary Brothers
Cary Brothers is a Nashville-born indie singer-songwriter who came up through the Los Angeles scene as a regular at the famed Hotel Café. He broke through nationally when his song "Blue Eyes" landed on the Grammy-winning soundtrack to Garden State. His independent EPs All the Rage (2004) and Waiting for Your Letter (2005) both topped the iTunes singer-songwriter charts, and he went on to release the full-length albums Who You Are (2007), Under Control (2010) and Bruises (2018). Brothers also crossed into electronic music, working with Tiësto on a club version of "Ride" and an original track for the 2009 album Kaleidoscope, and co-writing and singing the title tracks of Cosmic Gate's Wake Your Mind and Start to Feel. Rather than chase radio, he built his audience through screen placements, with songs heard on Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs, ER, Bones, One Tree Hill and The Vampire Diaries plus the film Easy A. Drawing on 1980s new wave and 1970s folk, he has toured worldwide with a moody, melodic and deeply cinematic live set.
