Book Smash Mouth
Smash Mouth is a pop rock band from San Jose, California, formed in 1994 by Steve Harwell, Greg Camp, Paul De Lisle and Kevin Coleman. Their 1997 debut Fush Yu Mang brought "Walkin' on the Sun" and a cover of "Why Can't We Be Friends?" Astro Lounge followed in 1999 with "All Star" and "Then the Morning Comes," and "All Star" became a cultural touchstone through the film Shrek, along with their version of "I'm a Believer." Albums include Smash Mouth, Get the Picture?, The Gift of Rock, Summer Girl, Magic, Missile Toes and Mercury Comet in 2026, eleven in all. Grammy.com lists one nomination. Harwell died in 2023, and the band continues with its current lineup. The group is known for sunny, retro-flavored shows that include hits, covers and audience participation, and for a catalog that appeals to listeners of many ages.
