Book Shawn Wayans

Shawn Wayans is an American comedian, actor, producer and writer and a key member of the Wayans family comedy dynasty. He made his debut on the groundbreaking sketch series In Living Color, appearing from 1990 to 1993, and then teamed up with his brother Marlon to star in The WB sitcom The Wayans Bros. from 1995 to 1999. The brothers carried their partnership to the big screen with the parody Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood (1996) and then Scary Movie (2000), the horror spoof that launched a hit franchise, which Shawn co-wrote and starred in. He returned for Scary Movie 2 (2001) and was part of the creative team behind Scary Movie 3 (2003) and Scary Movie 4 (2006). He also co-starred in and helped create the comedies White Chicks (2004) and Little Man (2006), and appeared in Dance Flick (2009). In February 2025 it was announced that he would return to acting in the sixth Scary Movie film, released as Scary Movie (2026), and in the planned sequel White Chicks 2. Wayans brings sharp sketch-comedy instincts and family comedy history to any stage.
