Book Rob Delaney
Rob Delaney is an American and British comedian, actor and writer famous as the co-creator and star of the acclaimed sitcom Catastrophe (2015 to 2019), in which he played Rob Norris. Moviegoers know him as Peter Wisdom, the hilariously ordinary member of X-Force, in Deadpool 2 (2018), a role he reprised in Deadpool & Wolverine (2024). Delaney first built his following on Twitter, where he started posting jokes in 2009 and became a pioneer of using social media as a stage for comedy. Paste magazine put him among the 10 funniest people on the platform in 2010, and The Comedy Awards made him the first comic to take home Funniest Person on Twitter in 2012. His screen credits also include Hobbs & Shaw (2019), Bombshell (2019), Tom & Jerry (2021), Home Sweet Home Alone (2021), The School for Good and Evil (2022), Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One (2023), Love at First Sight (2023) and Northern Comfort (2023). He has written for Vice and The Guardian and is the author of Rob Delaney: Mother. Wife. Sister. Human. Warrior. Falcon. Yardstick. Turban. Cabbage. (2013) and the memoir A Heart That Works (2022).
