Paul Rodgers is an English rock singer whose soulful, bluesy voice fronted a string of classic rock's defining bands. In 1968 he joined Free as singer and songwriter, and in 1970 he co-wrote "All Right Now" with bassist Andy Fraser, a chart-topper in over 20 territories that logged a million US radio plays by 1990. He went on to front Bad Company, the Firm and the Law, and from 2004 to 2009 he toured and recorded with the surviving members of Queen as Queen + Paul Rodgers. His solo work includes Cut Loose (1983), Muddy Water Blues: A Tribute to Muddy Waters (1993), Now (1997), Electric (2000), The Royal Sessions (2014) and Midnight Rose (2023), and he has earned two Grammy nominations in total. Rolling Stone ranked him number 55 in a poll of history's top 100 singers, John Mellencamp called him the best rock singer ever, and in 2011 he received the Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music. In 2025 he entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Bad Company. He brings a legendary voice and a catalog of rock radio anthems.
