Book Mr. Bungle
Mr. Bungle is an avant-garde rock band that got its start in Eureka, California, in 1985, and became known for genre-hopping music that leaps from thrash and jazz to ska, disco and lounge pop, sometimes within a single song. Singer Mike Patton, guitarist Trey Spruance and bassist Trevor Dunn have been its core members. Its self-titled 1991 debut was produced by John Zorn, followed by Disco Volante in 1995 and California in 1999. The group joined the SnoCore Tour in 2000, then reunited in 2019 and released The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny Demo in 2020, a rerecorded thrash-metal demo with guest musicians Scott Ian and Dave Lombardo. Unpredictable, theatrical and technically brilliant, Mr. Bungle is a cult favorite whose rare live performances draw devoted fans to festivals and theaters.
