Book Bombay Bicycle Club
Bombay Bicycle Club is an indie rock band from Crouch End in North London. Singer Jack Steadman leads the group alongside guitarist Jamie MacColl, drummer Suren de Saram and bassist Ed Nash. The members won a competition that earned the group an opening slot at the 2006 V Festival, then released their first single "Evening/Morning." Albums include I Had the Blues but I Shook Them Loose in 2009, the acoustic Flaws in 2010, A Different Kind of Fix in 2011, So Long, See You Tomorrow in 2014, Everything Else Has Gone Wrong in 2020 and My Big Day in 2023. Songs such as "Always Like This," "Shuffle" and "Luna" show how freely the band moves between guitar pop, folk, electronic dance and world-music textures. Its live sets are polished, melodic and built for large festival crowds.
