Book Tegan and Sara
Tegan and Sara is an indie pop duo from Calgary, Alberta, fronted by identical twin sisters Tegan Quin and Sara Quin, who both write songs and play multiple instruments. After the 1999 debut Under Feet Like Ours, they were signed by Neil Young's Vapor Records. Albums include If It Was You, So Jealous, The Con in 2007, Sainthood in 2009, Heartthrob in 2013, Love You to Death in 2016 and Hey, I'm Just Like You in 2019. Songs such as "Walking with a Ghost" and "Closer" made them favorites, and they appeared on "Everything Is AWESOME!!!" from The Lego Movie. They won the Juno Award for Group of the Year, wrote a memoir titled High School, and their live shows balance sharp banter with emotionally honest pop-rock songs.
