Book Rubi Rose
Rubi Rose is the Lexington, Kentucky rapper, model and internet personality who went from music video star to recording artist with a large social media following. Born Rubi Rose Benton, she first appeared in Raury's "cigarette song" video in 2015 and gained wide attention in Migos' 2016 video for "Bad and Boujee," the number one hit that made her a familiar face. Her rap career began in 2018 when she remixed the Playboi Carti track "On Top," and her 2019 single "Big Mouth" drew more listeners. That year A&R Chris Turner signed her to L.A. Reid's label Hitco, which released her debut mixtape, For the Streets, in 2020. She also appeared in the 2020 "WAP" video by Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion. In 2023 she signed with Josh Marshall's Mogul Vision, an imprint of Interscope Records, and began releasing singles ahead of her first studio album. Her modeling work and social media presence have made her a recognizable figure in hip-hop culture, and her music pairs brash, witty verses with club-ready production.
