At the 2019 ARIA Awards she won breakthrough artist, best pop release, best female artist and best independent release. Her debut album, Welcome to the Madhouse, came out in 2021, and Beautifully Ordinary followed in 2024. Watson writes and produces her own material, working with a quirky, piano-driven pop style and a distinctive, raspy and emotional voice. As a live performer she is known for relatable, down-to-earth stage banter and a bright, theatrical show that has won over audiences far from home.
