Book The Jets
The Jets are a family band of Tongan heritage from the Minneapolis suburb of Robbinsdale, Minnesota, built around the Wolfgramm siblings, Elizabeth, Kathi, Moana, LeRoy, Eddie, Eugene, Haini and Rudy, who blend pop, R&B and dance music. They began performing together in 1977, first as Quasar, before taking their name from the Elton John song "Bennie and the Jets" at their manager's suggestion. From 1985 to 1990 they enjoyed worldwide success, playing three world tours and landing five top-ten singles on the Billboard Hot 100. "Crush on You" climbed to number three in 1986, and "You Got It All," "Cross My Broken Heart," "Rocket 2 U" and "Make It Real" followed, with "You Got It All" and "Make It Real," both sung by Elizabeth, topping the adult contemporary chart. "Sendin' All My Love" reached number one on the dance chart, and "Rocket 2 U" earned a Grammy nomination in 1988. Their albums include The Jets (1985), Christmas With the Jets (1986), Magic (1987), Believe (1989), Love Will Lead the Way (1997) and Reunited (2013). The Jets bring family harmonies, tight choreography and a string of 1980s hits audiences love.
