Book Rush
Rush is a Toronto rock trio formed in 1968 whose classic lineup of singer and bassist Geddy Lee, guitarist Alex Lifeson and drummer and lyricist Neil Peart set a standard for technical musicianship and progressive songwriting. Landmark albums include 2112, Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures, with "Tom Sawyer" and "Limelight," Hemispheres, Signals and Clockwork Angels in 2012. The band entered the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1994, Canada's Walk of Fame in 1999 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013, and it also holds the Governor General's Performing Arts Award and a Hollywood Walk of Fame honor. After Peart's death in 2020, Lee and Lifeson returned in 2026 with the Fifty Something tour, joined by drummer Anika Nilles, which sells out arenas across North America.
