Book Roger Hodgson Of Supertramp
Roger Hodgson, an English singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, co-founded Supertramp and fronted the band alongside a second lead singer. He wrote or co-wrote, and sang, most of the group's best-loved songs, among them "Dreamer," "Give a Little Bit," "Take the Long Way Home," "The Logical Song," "It's Raining Again" and "Breakfast in America." He left Supertramp in 1983 and began a solo career with In the Eye of the Storm in 1984, then Hai Hai in 1987, and in 2000 he released Open the Door. Hodgson returned to touring in 1997 and has since taken those songs to audiences around the world, performing the Supertramp catalog at the piano and guitar in his distinctive high, clear voice. For fans of classic 1970s and 1980s rock, his concerts present the songs he created, played by the artist who wrote them.
