Book Michel'le
Michel'le is a California R&B singer who first appeared in 1987 as the featured vocalist on World Class Wreckin' Cru's "Turn Off the Lights." Her 1989 self-titled debut album produced the top ten Hot 100 hit "No More Lies," and she followed it with a second album, Hung Jury, in 1998. Grammy.com lists five Grammy nominations for her work. Michel'le joined the cast of TV One's R&B Divas: Los Angeles for its 2013 to 2015 run, and her life story reached a new audience in the 2016 biopic Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le. Her high, girlish voice made her a signature sound of late-1980s and early-1990s West Coast R&B, and her songs remain staples of throwback radio and nostalgia tours. Onstage, Michel'le pairs her classic hits with personal storytelling, a strong draw for festivals, casinos and private events.
