Book Mark Sheppard
Mark Sheppard is an English actor and musician with cult status among science fiction and fantasy fans. He is best known as Crowley, the scheming demon who becomes King of Hell on Supernatural, and for playing the attorney Romo Lampkin in Battlestar Galactica, Interpol investigator James Sterling on Leverage and the small-time crime boss Badger on Joss Whedon's Firefly. He also plays Willoughby Kipling on Doom Patrol. His long television career includes the "Fire" episode of The X-Files, a season of the Jerry Bruckheimer series Soldier of Fortune, and appearances on The Practice, The Invisible Man, Star Trek: Voyager, Monk and Charmed, and his film work includes In the Name of the Father (1993). Before acting, Sheppard was a drummer who bought his first kit in 1976 and recorded and toured with Robyn Hitchcock, the Television Personalities, Hanoi Rocks and the Irish band Light a Big Fire, opening some shows on U2's 1987 The Joshua Tree Tour. During his Supernatural years, co-star Rob Benedict coaxed him back behind the kit at a fan convention, and by 2017 he had rejoined Robyn Hitchcock's touring band. Sheppard brings wit, storytelling and musicianship to conventions and live events.
