Book Kirk Cameron

Kirk Cameron is an American actor, author, television host, documentarian and producer who first became famous as Mike Seaver on the ABC family sitcom Growing Pains (1985–1992), a role that brought him two Golden Globe nominations. He started acting at nine, landed his first starring part at thirteen, and through the 1980s appeared in films such as Like Father Like Son (1987) and Listen to Me (1989). In the 2000s he moved into faith-based film, playing Cameron "Buck" Williams in the Left Behind series and firefighter Caleb Holt in the drama Fireproof (2008). Behind the camera, he has produced films including the commercially successful Lifemark (2022). In 2022 he wrote the children's book As You Grow and took it on a well-attended nationwide library reading tour the following year. An evangelical Christian, he partners with Ray Comfort in the ministry The Way of the Master, and with his wife, actress Chelsea Noble, he co-founded The Firefly Foundation and Camp Firefly. Cameron brings familiar sitcom charm, strong conviction and plain-spoken storytelling to audiences interested in family, faith and filmmaking.
