Book John Daly
John Daly is an American professional golfer and two-time major champion whose towering drives earned him the nickname "Long John" and made him a fan favorite. He played college golf at Arkansas and burst into the spotlight with his stunning victory at the 1991 PGA Championship, a win that also brought him PGA Tour Rookie of the Year honors. In 1995 he won the Open Championship in a playoff over Costantino Rocca. Daly redefined power on tour: in 1997 he was the first tour pro to average 300 yards per drive across a full season, did it again every year from 1999 to 2008 and led the tour in driving distance 11 times between 1991 and 2002. His pro wins abroad stretch from Scotland and Germany to South Africa, Canada and South Korea. His 2004 victory in San Diego earned him PGA Tour Comeback Player of the Year, and he has played the PGA Tour Champions circuit since 2016, winning the 2017 Insperity Invitational. He was inducted into the Arkansas Golf Hall of Fame in 2002. Daly brings big personality, big drives and a natural rapport with fans to clinics and appearances.
