Book Jacob Collier
Jacob Collier is an English multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, producer and educator born Jacob Moriarty in 1994. His music blends jazz with many other genres and often features dense reharmonisation and rich, close vocal harmony. In 2013 his split-screen videos, in which he played every part himself, began to attract a wide online audience, and he went on to make the album In My Room and the multi-volume Djesse project. Collier has won Grammy Awards for arrangement at ceremonies from 2017 through 2023, a rare run for such a young artist. He is also known for lively, interactive concerts in which he conducts the audience to sing harmony lines or play percussion, turning the crowd into part of the band. Musicians and listeners alike admire his technical skill, curiosity and warmth, and he is a gifted teacher as well as a brilliant performer.
