Book Emily Bear
Emily Bear is a composer, pianist and songwriter from Chicago who began playing and writing music as a toddler and made her professional debut at the Ravinia Festival at the age of five. Her early recordings include Five Years Wise, The Love In Us, Always True, Hope and Diversity, and her playing, improvisation and original works have taken her to concert halls around the world and to major television programs. She worked with Quincy Jones early in her career and received the Order of Lincoln, the highest honor Illinois bestows on its citizens. With Abigail Barlow she wrote The Unofficial Bridgerton Musical, which won the Grammy for Best Musical Theater Album, making her a Grammy winner. Bear performs as a soloist and with orchestras, and she speaks about creativity and young talent. Her blend of virtuosity, melody and imagination suits concert series, galas and corporate events.
