Book Dirk Benedict
Dirk Benedict is an American actor and author who starred in two of the most beloved television series of the late 1970s and 1980s. He made his film debut in Georgia, Georgia (1972) and played the lead in the stage comedy Butterflies Are Free in New York and later Hawaii, where a guest role on Hawaii Five-O led to his casting as the lead in the horror film Sssssss (1973). He appeared opposite Twiggy in W (1974), starred in the 1974 series Chopper One, and guested on Charlie's Angels. His big break came in 1978 when he was cast as the cocky fighter pilot Lieutenant Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica, both the film and the television series. He then starred with Linda Blair in the action comedy Ruckus (1980). In 1983 he reached a new level of fame as the smooth-talking con man Templeton "Face" Peck on The A-Team, a role he played across the show's run.
