Book Banks
Banks, born Jillian Rose Banks in 1988, is a singer and songwriter from Los Angeles. After releasing the EPs Fall Over and London in 2013, she signed with Harvest Records and delivered her debut studio album, Goddess, in 2014. She followed it with The Altar in 2016, III in 2019, Serpentina in 2022 and Off With Her Head in 2025, five studio albums in total. In 2015 she headlined the Madness Fall Tour. Her sound is a moody, dark mix of alternative R&B, electronic pop and trip-hop, built around a husky, emotional voice and confessional, poetic lyrics. Banks writes her own songs, and her music has been featured widely on television and in film. Her live performances are dramatic and atmospheric, with intense stage lighting, powerful vocals and a magnetic connection with her fans.
