Book Alina Baraz
Alina Baraz is an American singer from Cleveland, Ohio, known for sensual, airy R&B that floats over electronic production. She began releasing music in 2013 with "Roses Dipped in Gold," and after moving to Los Angeles she wrote lyrics over an instrumental by Danish producer Galimatias, sharing the result as "Drift." The two built a whole project by trading files online without meeting until it was done, and Urban Flora came out through Ultra Music in 2015, reaching No. 2 on Billboard's Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart before the pair toured North America together. Baraz later signed with Mom + Pop Music and released her first solo EP, The Color of You, in 2018, and her debut studio album, It Was Divine, followed in 2020. She also performed on dates of the A Head Full of Dreams Tour in 2017. Her music is built on hushed vocals, slow-burning grooves and warm, dreamy textures, and live she creates an intimate, late-night mood that draws listeners in and holds them there, making her a natural fit for stylish, atmospheric settings.
