Book Wilder Woods

Wilder Woods is the solo project of Bear Rinehart, who co-founded Needtobreathe and fronts the rock group as its lead vocalist. Rinehart launched the name in April 2019 with the songs "Someday Soon" and "Sure Ain't", taking it from the names of his two oldest sons. His self-titled debut album, Wilder Woods, came out on Atlantic Records in August 2019 and reached number two on Top Heatseekers, while its single "Supply & Demand" climbed to number 19 on the Adult Alternative Songs chart. Later that year he joined Matoma and Petey Martin on the single "Keep It Simple". In 2021 he independently shared home-recorded demos, "sink our love now (work tape)", "man made weather" and "heavenly light", gathered on the work tapes EP, all cut in his studio in Franklin, Tennessee. His second album, Fever / Sky, followed in March 2023 on Dualtone Records, preceded by "Maestro (Tears Don't Lie)", "Get It Back" and "Patience"; "Maestro (Tears Don't Lie)" reached number 12 on Adult Alternative Airplay. Wilder Woods shows blend soul, gospel warmth and rock grit, anchored by Rinehart's commanding voice.
