Book The Corrs
The Corrs blend polished pop rock with traditional Irish music, and their 2000 album In Blue reached number one in seventeen countries on the strength of the single "Breathless." The family band from Dundalk, County Louth, features siblings Andrea on lead vocals and tin whistle, Sharon on violin, Caroline on drums and bodhrán, and Jim on guitar and keyboards. Their debut, Forgiven, Not Forgotten (1995), was followed by Talk on Corners (1997), their biggest record, which went multi-platinum in Australia. Across their career they have collected two Grammy nominations, a Brit Award as top international group and a NRJ Music Award, and in 2005 they were made honorary MBEs for their work in music and charity. They have played major benefit concerts including Live 8 and a Prince's Trust show. After Borrowed Heaven and Home, the four took a long break to raise families and pursue solo work, then returned in 2015 with a headline slot at BBC Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park, the album White Light and an European tour, followed by Jupiter Calling in 2017.
