Book Sir Sly
Sir Sly is an indie pop band based in Orange County, California, made up of singer Landon Jacobs with multi-instrumentalists Jason Suwito and Hayden Coplen. The trio first released music anonymously, climbing to the top of The Hype Machine chart before revealing who they were. Their debut single "Ghost" arrived in March 2013 on the National Anthem and Neon Gold labels, followed by "Gold," which reached number 27 on Billboard's Alternative Songs chart and found an international audience through a trailer for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag as well as MLB 14: The Show. Their first album, You Haunt Me (2014), was followed by Don't You Worry, Honey (2017) and The Rise & Fall of Loverboy (2021). The 2017 single "High" spent three weeks at number two on SiriusXM's Alt 18 Countdown, landed in 13 Reasons Why, Riverdale, Lucifer and Happy Death Day, and served as NBC's soundtrack for Sunday Night Football in 2017 and 2018. The standalone 2016 song "Expectations" also showed their knack for moody hooks. On stage they deliver shimmering synth-driven indie pop with plenty of emotional punch.
