Book Rachael Ray

Rachael Ray is an American cook, television personality, author and entrepreneur who turned quick, approachable home cooking into a media brand. Her big idea, 30 Minute Meals, grew out of years working in food retail and running cooking classes for supermarket shoppers in upstate New York. That led to a local TV segment, a first cookbook, a Today show spot and, in 2001, her first Food Network deal. She went on to host the shows 30 Minute Meals, Rachael Ray's Tasty Travels and Rachael Ray's Week in a Day, plus the competitions Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off and Rachael Ray's Kids Cook-Off. Her syndicated daily talk and lifestyle program, Rachael Ray, made her a fixture of daytime television, and her shows have earned three Daytime Emmy Awards. In 2006 she launched the magazine Every Day with Rachael Ray, and she has written a long shelf of cookbooks built on the 30-minute concept, including Rachael Ray's Look + Cook.
