Book Moonshine Bandits
Moonshine Bandits are an American country rap duo, Brett "Bird" Brooks and Dusty "Tex" Dahlgren, who formed the act in Los Banos, California, in 2003. Blending hip-hop beats with rowdy country storytelling, they built a signature Dirt Rock sound, working closely with Burn County Music founder Ty Weathers. Their debut Soggy Crackerz was followed by Prohibition (2006) and Divebars and Truckstops (2010), and in 2011 they signed with Suburban Noize Records for their fourth album, Whiskey and Women. The video for "My Kind of Country" premiered on CMT Pure Country in 2012. Partnering with Average Joes Entertainment, they released Calicountry in 2014, which debuted at No. 22 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart and entered the Billboard 200. Blacked Out arrived in 2015, landing at No. 13 on Top Country Albums and No. 10 on Top Rap Albums, and The Whiskey Never Dries followed in 2019. A Moonshine Bandits show brings hard-hitting beats, outlaw swagger, big guitar hooks and party-ready anthems, built for crowds who love country attitude with a hip-hop edge.
