Book Little Simz
Little Simz is the English rapper and actress Simbiatu Ajikawo, born 23 February 1994, celebrated for razor-sharp lyricism and fiercely independent artistry. She built her name with three self-released albums: A Curious Tale of Trials + Persons (2015), Stillness in Wonderland (2016) and GREY Area (2019), the last shortlisted for the Mercury Prize and winning Best Album honors at both the Ivor Novello Awards and the NME Awards. Her 2021 fourth album was hailed by many critics as the year's best record; it won the 2022 Mercury Prize and the Libera Award for Best Hip-Hop/Rap Record, and it helped earn her the Brit Award for Best New Artist. NO THANK YOU followed in 2022 to more acclaim, and her sixth album, Lotus, arrived in June 2025. She has also been honored at the MOBO Awards. In 2024 she featured on Coldplay's single "We Pray" with Burna Boy, Elyanna and Tini. As an actress she starred in the Netflix revival of Top Boy and appeared as herself in Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021).
