Joss Stone is an English soul singer, songwriter and actress who won a Grammy for her performance of Sly & the Family Stone's "Family Affair," recorded with John Legend and Van Hunt, among five career nominations that include Best New Artist in 2005. She was a teenager when her debut, The Soul Sessions (2003), made the Mercury Prize shortlist, and Mind Body & Soul (2004), featuring "You Had Me," followed. At seventeen she took home two Brit Awards, becoming the youngest solo winner in the ceremony's history. Introducing Joss Stone (2007) became her first top-five album on the Billboard 200, and Colour Me Free! and LP1 also reached the US top ten. She returned to her roots with The Soul Sessions Vol. 2 in 2012, explored global sounds on Water for Your Soul (2015) and released Never Forget My Love in 2022. Her Total World Tour set out to play every country on Earth. She was also a member of the supergroup SuperHeavy with Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart, Damian Marley and A. R. Rahman.
