Book Joshua Jay

Joshua Jay is an American magician, author and lecturer who has performed in over 100 countries. As a teenager in 1998 he took first prize at the World Magic Seminar, and he went on to work with Penn and Teller on the television series Fool Us. Jay holds a Guinness World Record set at the Columbus Magi-Fest in 2016, locating 21 audience-selected cards from a shuffled deck in a single minute, a mark that still stands. His television appearances include Good Morning America and The Today Show, and in 2018 the Society of American Magicians honored him for his work. Beyond live shows, he designs illusions for stage and screen, including work with HBO on Game of Thrones, and he consulted with the United States Postal Service on its Magic stamp series. Jay performed at the 2008 Inaugural Ball for Barack Obama and has entertained Bill Clinton privately. He also gives keynote talks on magic history at museums around the country. In 2008 he co-founded Vanishing Inc. Magic with Andi Gladwin, now among the largest magic retailers in the world. His performances blend sharp sleight of hand, clever storytelling and genuine audience interaction.
