Book Jason Latimer

Jason Latimer, who performs as LATIMER, is an American illusionist who blends magic with science to create jaw-dropping moments of wonder. In 2003 he won the Grand Prix "Best Overall" title at the World Championships of Magic, a honor only four Americans have ever won. In 2012 he starred in six live specials of BBC One's The Magicians and won the overall competition, and in 2014 he sat on the judging panel of Syfy's Wizard Wars with Penn & Teller. He launched the Impossible Science program in San Diego in 2015 and serves as Curator of Impossible Science for the Fleet Science Center, overseeing interactive experiences that use illusion to spark curiosity in science centers across Southern California. He also co-hosts Science Channel's SciJinks with Johnny Galecki of The Big Bang Theory and Tamara Robertson. In 2018 he received the Golden Grolla Award at Italy's Masters of Magic event, joining past recipients David Copperfield and David Blaine, and he was the closing speaker at the USA Science and Engineering Festival in Washington, D.C. Latimer's performances combine stunning illusions with clever science, leaving audiences of every age amazed.
