Book Flatbush Zombies
Flatbush Zombies are a Brooklyn hip-hop trio whose dark, psychedelic sound and explosive live energy have made them festival favorites. Childhood friends Meechy Darko, Erick Arc Elliott and Zombie Juice grew up together in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn and formed the group in 2010, with Elliott also handling most of the production. Two acclaimed mixtapes and a string of striking music videos built their buzz, and they followed with the studio albums 3001: A Laced Odyssey (2016) and Vacation in Hell (2018), alongside the earlier project WorseOffAlive (2015). The trio is part of the East Coast collective Beast Coast with fellow Brooklyn crews The Underachievers and Pro Era, and they have worked with a wide roster of artists including RZA, ASAP Mob, Juicy J, Danny Brown, Action Bronson and Tech N9ne. Their stage résumé covers major festivals such as Coachella, Rolling Loud in Miami, Afropunk Festival, SXSW, Roskilde and Wireless in London. A Flatbush Zombies show is raw, loud and communal, with three distinct voices trading verses over heavy, hypnotic beats.
