Book David Coulthard

David Coulthard is a Scottish former Formula One driver turned broadcaster whose career spans 15 seasons at the top of motorsport. Nicknamed "DC", he began karting at 11 and climbed through Formula Ford and Formula 3000 before making his Formula One debut with Williams in 1994. His first Grand Prix victory came in Portugal a year later, then joined McLaren in 1996, where he finished third in the 1998 championship and runner-up to Michael Schumacher in 2001. A 2005 switch to Red Bull followed, and he delivered the team's first podium in 2006. When he stepped away from Formula One at the end of 2008, he had collected 13 victories, 62 podium finishes, 12 poles and 18 fastest laps. He later raced in DTM with Mücke Motorsport and won the Race of Champions in 2014 and 2018. Coulthard became a familiar voice of the sport as a commentator and pundit for the BBC and then Channel 4, and he is a Member of the Order of the British Empire. On stage he speaks on high performance, teamwork, resilience and winning under pressure.
